I moved to the Merritt area in 1995, but didn't get into real estate until around 2004. Since then I have obtained several designations in the field. Beginning with my Real Estate License, I also have my Managing Broker's License and I am a Certified International Property Specialist, meaning I am licensed to sell real estate outside of Canada. I am bilingual, speaking both French and English. In addition to my real estate experience, I also have a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters in Psychotherapy. While I tend to be immersed in my work and business ventures, I really enjoy spending my vacation time down in Arizona or back in Montreal. I love what I do and am so grateful for the many memories helping people buy or sell their properties in the area. I look forward to many more!

My wife and I moved into our home on the hill in 1998. I have always had an interest in houses and how they function, as I grew up helping my parents with the cleaning and maintenance of rental properties in Surrey BC. I started my career in Merritt by doing repairs and renovations for a couple real estate companies in town. This led to my becoming a property manager with our office in 2001, which was a great fit considering my experience managing my own rentals since 1989. From there I branched out into Strata Management and Real Estate Sales in 2004. I have enjoyed providing this service to the community for the last 20+ years and seeing the town grow and prosper.
